How can I ask to customize a jewel?
You can contact to me for an special order. But if you need change the heart location, write an engraved on back, or another lenght that’s not in the options, you can write your preferences in the ORDER NOTES, in the Billing Details, and I made it free of charge.
I want another map but the same size and jewel.
No problem!! It’s very easy. You can write the name of the country you want in the ORDER NOTES box, in the Billing details, and I made a custom jewe: the same jewel you buy but with the map that you needs.
You can also choose the heart location, the finish, and engraved… all free of charge. Only the same price of the jewel that you choose.
What are the sizes for the jewels?
The size you choose in the options is the necklace size, the lenght of the cord or chain. The standar size is 16 or 18″ (42-45 cm).
If you want an specific size, please write it in the comments to seller box, ORDER NOTES.
Please, note that the big sizes are most expensives, and if you want 21″ you need choose 20″ at most and write 21″ in the comments.
How long will it take to receive my jewel?
I need 3-5 days to made the personalized jewel.
Then, the shipping time takes 1-2 days to arrives to your home.
Note that in summer or Christmas time the manufactured time can be more long.
I send the jewels by DHL express or Correos Express in Spain.
I need a phone number for the agency contact you. I never use this number for contact you directly.
I can’t send to postal box, please, contact me if you need this service.
If I don't like the jewel, can I return it?
If the jewel is customized you can’t return it, but you can contact to me to look for a solution.
If the jewel is not personalized (no change heart or engraved) you can return it within 14 days of receivement.
